1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows customers to reserve products before their official release date. Pre-order items are purchased in advance and shipped once the products become available.
2. Payment for Pre-Orders

3. Release Dates
Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

If a release date changes, we will update customers as soon as possible.
4. Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be shipped after the product becomes available.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless separate shipping is requested and available.
Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
5. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the item has entered processing or fulfillment.
Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
Some limited-edition or high-demand products may not be eligible for cancellation due to limited availability.
6. Pre-Order Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds for pre-order items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened or unsealed collectible products, including Pokémon trading card products, may not be eligible for return due to their collectible nature.
7. Product Availability
While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, availability is subject to manufacturer and distributor supply.
In rare cases where we cannot fulfill a pre-order, customers will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
8. Quantity Limits
To ensure fair availability for all customers, PokePalss reserves the right to limit quantities on certain pre-order products.
Orders that exceed purchase limits may be adjusted or canceled.
